In 1994 Monaco Baking Company received their first order and their first outstanding recognition: the cover page of Williams-Sonoma Christmas catalog! Since then we have been collecting success stories and have become a worldwide industry leader.

Monaco Baking Company makes hand-decorated gourmet cookies in large, regular, mini and bite sizes. We also offer a line of fully assembled and do-it-yourself gingerbread houses, trains and carousels.

Quality

The recipes behind our delicious products have been developed by world renowned pastry chefs. Our cookies, which are made fresh daily in the United States, contain 0 grams of trans fat and are kosher. We continuously check the quality of our ingredients and the manufacturing process. Monaco Baking has also had the honor of being awarded a "superior" rating by the American Institute of Baking.

Merchandising

Our displays are as attractive and creative as our products. Our cello-wrapped decorated cookies are ideal for displaying at the checkout counter. At Christmas we offer retailers mini edible gingerbread house ornaments that ship fully assembled and in stackable tubes. Or how about a cookie tin filled with 30 bite sized fully decorated themed sugar cookies? These are just a few samples, and we are continually designing new displays.
